Rental Rate Notes

Rental rates are as follows:

Jun 1st-Sep 15 .. $400 a night*
Sept 16th-May 31 .. $500 a night*

*Please email or call for holiday weeks

A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for all rentals.

Policies

Deposit: $1000.   All damages and/or missing items are the responsibility of the renter/leasee and will be charged at replacement value. Replace Lost Key Fee: $200.00 or actual Locksmith charges, whichever is greater. 50% of rental due 60 days prior to rental start date, full payment 30 days prior to rental start date. Personal check or cashiers check, or Visa/MasterCard through PayPal. No refunds within 14 days of rental start date, 50% refund within 30 days of rental start date, 75% refund within 45 days, no penalty for cancellations more than 45 days in advance of rental start date. Deposits do not apply toward rent. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure less any damages or air conditioning abuse. Golf or Tennis is available at seasonal rates, however restrictions will apply. No pets allowed. Children are welcome, but the pool is NOT fenced off from the house, and therefore may be unsuitable for small children or children that cannot swim. Minimum 4 day rentals. Rates subject to change.

A Short Term Occupancy Agreement is required; please request a copy by email.

Damage deposit of $1500, refundable after checkout if no damages occur.
